Plague Heart consists of 4 plague zombies clustered together to form one large heart, which beats as if it's a living creature with crimson emanating light in its internal muscles. In the first SoD, the hordes were much bigger and they wandered the map as icon entities. It annoys me every time if a zombie appears in front of me from nothing. That doesn't make fun if I have no minute to rest after a 'boss' / freak fight, because the next ten meters there is the next juggernaut (for example).
